Turpin’s Goal
The goal of Turpin’s training is to help participants - no matter what their current skill level is - be more comfortable, confident and effective when developing and delivering interactive business presentations.
To that end, we:
- Deliver training designed to simplify and personalize each participant’s development.
- Give participants time to refine and practice delivering real-life presentations.
- Use e-learning pre-work to provide participants with a flexible, easy-to-use organizational tool, thereby streamlining the live workshop.
- Help each participant develop the skills and insight required to be dynamic, listener-focused, flexible presenters.
- Provide each participant with as much videotaped experiential learning as possible and-through private, instructor-guided tape review-encourage them to recognize and build on their strengths.
- Begin the workshop by developing a clear set of organizational and personal communication goals.
- Do what we can to learn about the participants and the presentations they deliver so that we can tailor the workshop as appropriately as possible.
- Reinforce skills for 12 months through eCoach, our online learners’ portal.
